In an unfortunate event of which there is a problem with your product or disservice with Ofentse Projects and you would like to exchange or return your purchase, please contact us within 3-5 days. Exchanges are prone to availability of product on the required product.We only allow 50% refunds against the incurred costs in production and shipping of your product. In order for us to process an exchange it needs to be within 3-5 working days. In order for us to process a 50% refund, you must be the account holder. For security purposes, we will ask you to provide your birth date and order/invoice number.

We deliver across South Africa. Allow 7-14 working days unless stated otherwise below the product you are purchasing. This applies to both Postnet to Postnet and door-to-door standard delivery between 09:00 – 17:00. Note that we are not responsible for parcels once they have been dispatched to the courier company and we cannot account for exact time of delivery. Our deliveries are carried out by a third-party courier which will contact you to notify you that they will be making a delivery on the day via the contact details provided to us by you at checkout. We will communicate through emails throughout the process until the shipment of your order is made. The customer is responsible for tracking their order. Please ensure that you provide the correct full names, email address, contact number and physical address to avoid a delays or disappointments with your purchased product.
